Following Year 1’s visit to London Zoo, which launched their engaging multimedia ‘zoo’ project, the pupils took on the roles of expert zoo keepers faced with the challenge of receiving animals from another zoo which is closing down.
After designing their zoo and creating the enclosures, car park, cafe and other essential areas of the zoo, the pupils set to work building the zoo. A camera was set up in the corner of their working room to capture the projects progress. This footage has now been transformed into an animation.
