The children at Wandsworth Prep School have been invited to challenge local primary schools in the Exercise in Disguise Challenge at Gambado Chelsea.
Reception are currently hard at work in training for the event, keeping fit and keeping moving as we practise for the big event next term.
The aim of the challenge is to promote “exercise in disguise” through a different and fun format as our children will be given a pedometer and a simple activity sheet to follow and asked to run, jump, swing and climb their way to the most steps in our play centre. The school with the highest average of steps will win the challenge and therefore win their very own FREE class End of Term party.
Taking part in the Exercise in Disguise challenge is a fantastic way of promoting exercise, keeping fit and staying healthy in a fun and engaging way. Any time we can provide our pupils with valuable opportunities to work together for a common goal and engage in friendly competition, we help them to foster important leadership qualities and the values which underpin the aims of our school.
