London Gymnastics Competition

Last weekend, Isla in Year 4, competed in the London Gymnastics Competition.

Isla competed on the vault, the beam, the floor and the bars. Despite being only 8 years old, Isla competed in the 9-year-old categories. Isla thoroughly enjoyed the competition and did extremely well in each of her events.

Isla said, "I have been doing gymnastics for what seems like forever. I practise for 11 hours a week and I never stop springing around. I loved participating in the competition and the judging gave me lots of exciting challenges. I hope to be a world champion one day like Amy Tinkler!"
