Making charity links through school projects

Year 2 and 3 are excited to have made links with 'The Squad', our chosen charity that works with people with disabilities, after we received a letter from them asking us to help out with designing fun activities and games for the charity. We were enthusiastic to take on this challenge and using collaboration skills and democratic voting, we have created a company called 'Squad Support', including our own logo (see above!).

We then thought about the qualities and skills we would need to develop to take on this challenge such as computing and design technology skills and have made an action plan to do this. We wrote a letter to persuade 'The Squad' that we are ready to take on this challenge and we are excited to see what Year 2 and 3 will achieve by the end of this term!
