The children at Wandsworth Prep enjoyed learning how to make Halloween Pumpkin Tart.
Read the recipe below and try it at home.
150g Grated Mozzarella
3 Tsp Olive Oil
500g peeled pumpkin
clove garlic - chopped
10g Mixed Herbs
400g puff pastry
200g Thick Tomato Sauce
Pre-heat the over to 200 C. / 400 F / Gas Mark 6
Cut Pumpkin and put pieces into tray to roast, add olive oil, roast for 20 minutes then add garlic for 10 minutes
Roll pastry into tray and bake until golden brown
Put Tomato sauce into the pastry than pumpkin, add mozzarella, mixed herbs and put back in oven for 15 mins
