Wrap Up Warm
Parents are reminded that as the weather gets colder, pupils should wrap up warm and make sure they arrive at school with full school uniform including coats, hats, scarfs, gloves and suitable footwear. Our children spend a considerable amount of time outside and we would not wish any children to come down with a nasty cold.
24 Hour Illness Policy
Should your child feel ill, as a reminder there is a 24 hour illness policy which means that children should not return to school until they have been clear of any symptoms for a full 24 hours. This is to ensure that any nasty bugs are not spread around the school. Any medicines which your child may need to take during school should be brought to school office upon their arrival and parents are requested to complete the medicines form available on the school website or in the office.
Nail Polish at School
Lastly, a number of girls are arriving at school wearing nail polish. Could parents please ensure that if your child has been wearing polish that it has been removed before they arrive at school.
