Non screen adventures

With this third lockdown feeling like an eternity, and the weather not helping, WPS tried to add in a bit of community spirit and ease the repetition of maybe going on the same walk every weekend. We introduced a Scavenger Hunt. A list of local landmarks which you could head out and walk to in order to give the children a focus of getting outside, which as we know, is so important for our mental health and wellbeing. These landmarks ranged from stadiums to bridges, and were all within range of children so they could visit one or two depending on their local area. Well done to all the children and parents who made it out to some (or all!!) of the various landmarks. 

There's still time to get involved. You can send your entries in right up until the end of Half Term.
