Preparing for the Three Bears

In Forest School this week, Reception discovered a letter waiting for them in the trees, left behind by the Three Bears!

We have been reading their story in our lessons and have helped Goldilocks to make good choices in her book. With the Three Bears come to our forest for their holiday, we had to use our problem solving and collaboration skills to help build them a house for them to stay in.

Working together we gathered lots of different sized logs and sticks to make an A-line shelter for them to stay in. We even used leaves to help make the house waterproof.

We hope the three bears love it!
