When children join Wandsworth Prep, we give them class buddies so that they feel welcome. As wellbeing leaders, we are also here for them to make sure that they are enjoying their first experience of Wandsworth Prep.
Their buddies show them around the school and play with them in the playground. We make sure that the buddies help them in class and that they have a role model to look up to. This is to help them feel involved and understand the values which are: be positive, be kind, be independent, be collaborative, be inspiring, be fearless and be resilient.
Many people also come to this school from different countries, so their buddies help them to understand and feel confident at Wandsworth Prep.
