Years 1 to 4 had a brilliant Athletics fixture at Tooting Bec Common this week. Pupils rotated around three stations and competed against Eveline Day School in their year groups. They sprinted over 50m, hurdled, threw vortexes and competed in long jump. It was wonderful to see the pupils apply a range of athletics skills in a competitive environment.
The event provided valuable training ahead of the Wandsworth Prep Sports Day which is coming up next half term.
We were very impressed with the high level of competition and sportsmanship shown by all the pupils. Well done!
