Pupils learn about locomotion and non locomotion movement

Recently in their Dance lessons, Key Stage 1 and 2 have been learning about locomotion and non locomotion movement, movement that travels through space and movement that occurs on the spot. Pupils learned how through combining different locomotive and non-locomotive movement they can create different pathways and different dynamics. The pupils have been learning a set dance in order to to give them the experience of learning a set routine.
