Reception make settling into school look easy

Starting school can feel strange and unsettling for some children, but you would not think so by looking at the Reception class of 2020. 

They have been here just over half a term and are getting on brilliantly. They have really taken our school values to heart and have displayed incredible levels of independence, positivity and fearlessness. 

Miss Kate says of them "Our Reception children have settled into school life extremely well. It is a joy to see them bounce into school each day with real verve. They are developing a true love of learning, with strong growth mindsets and this will be the foundation of all their successes to come. Well done Reception!" 

We have been so impressed with them that we put together a little video for next year's Reception class, to let them know what to expect. Well done to India for her star turn.
