In Science, Key Stage 1 recently conducted an experiment to observe the changes that occur to slices of bread when touched with clean and dirty hands.
Teaching the pupils about germ growth through demonstration encourages them to fight the spread of germs through washing their hands and keeping work and play areas clean.
