It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and what a year it has been! So the school council decided that it was about time to spread some Christmas cheer. As part of their charity initiative to support Wandsworth Age UK they kindly organised for the school choir to sing carols at Gwynneth Morgan day centre for older people.
The choir gathered to sing outside as the residents watched from inside and the joy that filled the air was truly heartwarming for both the children and adults. In fact the choir couldn’t stop singing as they walked back to school, so much so that some of our neighbours came to stand on their doorsteps to listen.
Well done to the choir for embracing this wonderful experience, giving back to their community and spreading a little bit of Christmas magic along the way.
