Success for Year 1 in Young Writers competition

This term, pupils in Year 1 entered their first Young Writers writing competition called 'Little Riddlers'. The children had to write a riddle about an animal of choice and as we had been busy learning all about animals that live in and around the sea, we decided to write our riddles using the information we had learned to give clues. 

We are excited to announce that on Thursday 15th March we received a letter from Young Writers to confirm that all of the children who entered the competition from Wandsworth Prep, have been selected to have their riddle published into a special book, with parents' permission. 

Well done to the authors of Year 1!  We are really proud of you and your achievements.
