Walk to School Super Heroes

Walk to school week was a roaring success, the effort that the children went to was amazing and most children walked, scooted or cycled to school for the full week. Each day children who walked to school received a sticker and showed WPS values in bucket loads, especially as the weather was against them, as you can see here with two very wet cyclists! 

Each child in every class has now made the pledge to walk to school at least once a week from now on. A huge thank you to the School Council for organising and promoting the event across the school. Well done to everyone who has made this important commitment to a healthier lifestyle and improving our environment.
