Wandsworth Prep Supports GOSH’s 5km Family Fun Run

Wandsworth Prep will be supporting our chosen charity this year, Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), at their RBC Race for the Kids on 8 June 2014 in Battersea Park.
The RBC Race for the Kids is Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity’s very own 5k family fun run and all the money raised from this year’s event will help to rebuild and redevelop the Hospital, replacing inconvenient, outdated wards with new facilities allowing them to care for up to 20 percent more sick children and their families.
Sophie Long, Chair of the Friends of Wandsworth Prep, will be running this year and we would invite families to come along to join in or show your support on the day. You can support for Sophie in raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital by making a donation to her Just Giving page, here.

It will be a great day out for everyone, whether you love to run or just enjoy a leisurely stroll in the park! We are looking forward to coming together for a fun event and raising money for a great cause.
Wandsworth Prep is looking forward to welcoming Judy Kuhl from Great Ormond Street Hospital to the school on Tuesday 8 July, to thank the children for all their hard work in raising money for the hospital and to show them where all the money which they have raised will go.
