The school council took on WPS pupils suggestions to keep our local area clean through litter picking and have created an action plan to put this in to practise! On Monday 10th February, ‘Plogolution’ visited us and taught us all about the impact of litter on the environment. They are passionate about helping local communities and are helping us set up of own ‘Plogging Club’! The aim of this is that when you go for a walk/jog you pick up plastic as you go! We are also going to join the Great Big School Clean 2020 that happens in March! How much litter do you think we will we pick up? Stay tuned for more information on how you can get involved!
