Year 1 Prepare for LAMDA Drama Exams

Year 1 pupils at Wandsworth Prep are working towards their “Introduction to LAMDA” exams, which they will take in the Summer.

In their weekly drama lessons with specialist LAMDA teacher Helen Constantini, the children have been studying a selection of poems and working in pairs to create their own actions to accompany their reading.

As they progress, each pupil will choose their favourite poem to learn by heart and perform at the end of the year, when certificates will be awarded.

The class are also looking forward to performing a selection of pieces to parents in January.
