Year One and Two Visit The Tower of London

15th Jan 2016

On Tuesday Year One and Two went to The Tower of London. We went on a big coach into London City and on the way we saw Big Ben, the London Eye and The River Thames.

We were excited to see the crown jewels because they were very sparkly, and the children thought they were beautiful.

Next, we met a princess at the tower. She showed us around the tower and we even saw the King asleep on his bed!

The children enjoyed their trip to the Tower of London and it was a wonderful way to complete our mantle project, which the children worked very hard on all last term.
