Year Two inspired by Van Gogh

This term, Year Two have been focussing on the life and works of Vincent Van Gogh to inspire our art lessons.

We have been investigating printing techniques with primary colours to recreate a modern version of one of Van Gogh's famous portraits.

Many of Vincent Van Gogh's early paintings were created using dull colours and had a style which showed the difficult times some people endured. We created our own version of one of Vincent's early paintings too.

We're super proud of what we've created and look forward to sharing them with our parents.
