I am pleased to be introducing myself as a new teacher at Wandsworth Prep.I have over ten years of teaching experience, across both Primary Key Stages, working in the UK as well as internationally. After graduating with a BSc hons in Geography from Lancaster University I completed a PGCE (PostGraduate Certificate in Education). A few years ago I also completed a PostGraduate Certificate in Applied Educational Leadership and Management through the University of London and the Institute of Education. I am currently a Year 1 class teacher at the British School of Tokyo, a large International School made up of 700 children representing over 50 different nationalities. Outside of school I enjoy running and am hoping to run a marathon in the near future. I also love snowboarding, so will be hoping for lots of snow in Europe next season!Wandsworth Prep presents a unique opportunity to be part of something special. The children already have an unrivaled environment in which to learn and develop as individuals, as well as members of the wider community. I am eager to join and be part of a highly effective and creative team, working together to create a school for now and the future; and helping to prepare your children with the skills, knowledge and understanding to thrive in tomorrow's world.I look forward to meeting you all in person soon.Best wishes,Andrew Miller
