On Friday we held our first stay and play session. The informal play sessions allow children to join in with the activities of our current reception children in a relaxed session and are open to all 1-5 year olds in the area.
Our teaching assistant lead Ms Stearn did face painting, the children played outside in the sunshine in the sand pit, constructing ramps for cars, running races and enjoying the water ball pit and we had some art and craft stations inside for the children to enjoy.
We finished off with a story and snack before the children left for the day.
