This term, as part of their weekly enrichment, Year 5 have been making a splash at Wimbledon Park Watersports Centre! 🛶
So far, they’ve taken on kayaking, sailing and canoeing, building confidence and teamwork on the water ⛵️
☀️ They’ve also has the perfect ...conditions for outdoor learning and adventure with the sun shining every week.
It’s been an incredible experience so far and we can’t wait to see what else they do 🚤

As part of their project ‘Ready, steady, grow’ our Pre Prep Nursery and Reception children enjoyed a fantastic trip to @bockettsfarm this week 🐷 🚜
The day was packed full of excitement, from feeding the animals and enjoying a tractor ride to cheering on the pig race 🐖

🌱 They also visited the kitchen garden, learning more about where food comes from, before ending the day with a special treat playing in the farm playground

Our Pre Prep Nursery children are enjoying their new topic, ready, steady, grow and exploring where food comes from and discovering the world of vegetables.
Inspired by the story Oliver’s Vegetables, they’ve been chatting about their favourite... vegetables and about trying new foods.
This week, the children became little chefs, peeling, chopping and cooking their very own delicious vegetable soup 🧑🍳 👩🍳 🥣
And they’ve also been busy in the mud kitchen, creating their own ‘soups’ through play!
