Yesterday, we met parents from local nursery schools to help them explore how to select the right primary education for their children. We discussed the differences between the state and independent sectors and what each offers.

All children at Wandsworth Prep have a buddy. Our Buddy system helps our children feel valued and supported, it encourages understand and create a caring ethos in the school.

Last week Year 6 had the privilege of visiting Google’s Belgrave House office (which was the company’s first office here). As well as receiving a guided tour of the offices (the bus was a favourite). They even got a presentation about the company and some delicious lunch.

In reception the children have been learning to recognise numbers and amounts up to 10. They have enjoyed finding and reading numbers hidden in the garden as well as using tweezers to pick up pom poms to match written amounts.
