Part of the magic at Wandsworth Prep is our family feel. Central to our ethos is that all children should be happy and feel secure; this underpins their success.
All children at Wandsworth Prep have a buddy. Our Buddy system helps our children feel valued and supported, it encourages understanding and creates a caring ethos in the school. Through the Buddy system, children have the opportunity to subtly practise the values of respect, care, responsibility and friendship; all of which are life long skills.
By looking after and caring for our younger children, the older children learn the skills associated with empathy and compassion through activities in the classroom and in the playground. Younger children feel safe and cared for while older children feel valued and respected.
No child is ever alone.
